Our most popular service - An in depth Artificial Turf Cleaning Package for artificial turf areas up to 500 square feet.

This package includes:

• Deep-Soak Pet Odor Removal – We saturate the turf to penetrate beneath the turf base material, eliminating odors at their source. Using custom equipment and our proprietary odor-eliminating formula, we deliver results far beyond what a garden hose or backpack sprayer can achieve. On average, a 500 sq. ft. area receives around 100 gallons of mixed product—ensuring a deep, thorough treatment that covers every square inch of your turf.

• Virus/Bacteria Eliminating Sanitization Spray
  We sanitize your entire yard, not just the turf area. It eliminates harmful pathogens like MRSA, E. Coli, Salmonella, and Canine Parvovirus. This step DOES NOT remove pet odors and is intended for sanitization purposes only.

• Machine Cleaning/Infill De-compaction
  Our Gas powered equipment removes bark, palm tree seeds, pebble rocks, and all other debris while loosening compacted infill to improve drainage. Turf blades are brushed upright to restore a fresh, well-maintained appearance.

• Premium UV Protective Treatment
