We believe in treating our customers fairly and providing the same level of support after the sale as we do before it.
Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Because our products are liquid formulas intended for outdoor surface application, opened or partially used products are non-refundable. This is standard practice for liquid consumable products and is in place to protect the integrity of every order we fulfill.
If you believe a product is defective or was damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
Odor elimination results vary based on the severity of contamination, surface type, application method, and frequency of use. We are not able to issue refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with results when the product has been used as directed. For best results, follow the application instructions included with your product or available at totalturfclean.com.
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos where applicable. We will replace or refund affected items at no cost to you.
